Vacation...all I ever wanted....vacation....got to get away....

We've all heard of summer vacation, but I don't think that the phrase is supposed to mean this.

And yes, I do know that one should never attempt to explain a joke, but let me just give you one hint:  look at the City Council Regulations Committee agenda.
